I find this video interesting. Maybe sometimes, as a generation of technology, we don't realize the effects that technology and instant gratification have, but I think that because we are a generation that is constantly changing, compared to other generations where we lived in a very changing globalized environment, this tends to reflect in our behavior

As we know, Millennials are often both praised for their progressive attitudes and critiqued for their perceived reliance on technology and demand for immediate gratification.

Millennials are a generation that faced changes such as the implementation of technology in daily life and managed to find a balance between its use and the challenges that arise throughout life.

I think that Simon Sinek's words are very correct because it is increasingly noticeable that the new generation is less strong and incapable of facing many things in real life.

According to the video, Simon Sinek says that Millennials are used to living a life full of appearances starting from social networks which generate a dose of dopamine, it's an instant feeling similar to that produced by alcohol or smoking. Social media are an addiction too, they aren't bad, we just need to be careful with using them.

Simon mentions various points why he considers that society, mainly millennials, fail to perform well in society and in their own lives; technological addictions are increasingly noticeable, poor performance in social lives and increase in people's depression, but as Simon said, we don't want to go beyond a screen, and that is an easy problem to solve, which is to start avoiding those habits.
